el Buerdo Fuello

2007-es alapítása óta az el Buerdo Fuello napról napra fontosabb szerepet játszik a mai magyar zenei életben. Felhőtlen boldogságot sugárzó zenéjük gyakran vicces, ironikus, gyakran véresen komoly tartalmú szövegekkel párosul, melyet mindennapi élethelyzetek, komikus szituációk, súlyos politikai illetve társadalmi problémák illetve azok kifigurázása ihletnek. Elsősorban ska zenei gyökerekből táplálkozó, de punk, rock, jazz, d&b és alternatív hatásoktól is befolyásolt muzsikájukkal zenerajongók széles körét érik el. Bárki megtapasztalhatja ezt a rendkívüli sokszínűséget klubkoncertjeiken, fesztivál-fellépéseiken valamint a saját kiadásban már megjelent hanghordozóikon (Neked ez jól esik? - 2008; 34 perc alatt a Föld körül - 2010), melyek pozitív fogadtatása magasan felülmúlta a várakozásokat
 
Mi is fejezhetné ki jobban a zenekar létezésének értelmét, mint saját hitvallásuk:
 
"Világkörüli zenei avantgardizmus, avagy fűszeres zenei csemege gourmand-oknak síppal, dobbal, nádihegedűvel, budai pacsirtákkal, röhögő hiénákkal, Kercsákkal a Vén Diófában, kubai muzsikusokkal, afrikai nepperekkel, vadnyugati harcosokkal, bazsalikomos western-spaghetti körettel. Neked ez jól esik!"

 

Since the moment the idea of forming such a band was born in 2007, el Buerdo Fuello plays a more and more important part of the Hungarian music scene. Combining unclouded happiness with serious lyrics in their art, the eBF message ranges from chanting everyday lifestyles to highligthing political, economical and even social problems. Built up from mainly ska roots but influenced heavily by punk, rock, jazz, drum&bass and alternative, their music attracts a wide range of music-affectionate fans. Whoever can experience this diversity of music styles and lyrics during their club concerts, on festivals, and also on the records. Their two demo releases [Neked ez jól esik? / You like it? (2008); 34 perc alatt a Föld körül / Around the World in 34 minutes (2010)] received highly positive critics, entitling the 8-member el Buerdo Fuello to planning their stage performance to be shown to an even wider audience on summer festivals and club gigs.
 
What else can express the meaning of their existance better, than their credo:
 
“A dish of world-wide avantgardism: a portion of spicy musical dessert for gourmands with carols from Buda, with winnying hyenas, with Kercsák in Vén Diófa pub, with riders from the Wild West, with neppers from Africa, seasoned with a pinch of Cuba, garnished by western-spaghetti feeling. You’ll like it!”
